BadgesBadges must always be visible in the Forum centre. Forum documentsThe forum documents can be collected at the registration desk during opening hours. Coffee breaksCoffee breaks are included in the registration fee. They will be served to participants in the Marketplace area during the session breaks. LunchesLunches are not included in the registration fee. While the CICG restaurant is reserved for Forum participants, many other restaurants are located at proximity to the CICG. LanguageEnglish is the official Forum language. Lost-and-foundA lost-and-found service is available at the registration desk. MessagesParticipants can contact the message counter at the registration desk. Speakers' preview roomSpeakers are asked to present their PowerPoint presentations to the Speaker's Preview Room centre at least 1 1/2 before their session. All conference rooms contain state-of-the-art technical equipment.
Marketplace (exhibition) informationThe Geneva Health Forum 2010 Marketplace is located in the main entrance of the CICG. Poster sessionsPosters are displayed on the ground floor in the Marketplace area. They should be mounted on the assigned board in the designated Poster Display area on the designated day (either Tuesday or Wednesday). Please contact the registration desk to obtain the necessary material.
