Registration desk

The desk for registration, information and distribution of conference documents will be open as follows:

Badges

Badges must always be visible in the Forum centre.

Forum documents

The forum documents can be collected at the registration desk during opening hours.

Coffee breaks

Coffee breaks are included in the registration fee. They will be served to participants in the Marketplace area during the session breaks.

Lunches

Lunches are not included in the registration fee. While the CICG restaurant is reserved for Forum participants, many other restaurants are located at proximity to the CICG.

Language

English is the official Forum language.

Lost-and-found

A lost-and-found service is available at the registration desk.

Messages

Participants can contact the message counter at the registration desk.

Speakers' preview room

Speakers are asked to present their PowerPoint presentations to the Speaker's Preview Room centre at least 1 1/2 before their session.

All conference rooms contain state-of-the-art technical equipment.
The Speakers' Preview Room will be opened as follows:

Marketplace (exhibition) information

The Geneva Health Forum 2010 Marketplace is located in the main entrance of the CICG.

Poster sessions

Posters are displayed on the ground floor in the Marketplace area. They should be mounted on the assigned board in the designated Poster Display area on the designated day (either Tuesday or Wednesday). Please contact the registration desk to obtain the necessary material. The authors should be present at their poster during the specified poster presentation sessions.
