Join as a Hub

Technical criteria

You can register as a hub provided that you have:

  • a PC with internet software
  • a sufficiently large screen or beamer
  • min. 30 to 50 kbps internet connection
  • enough physical space to host participants
  • loudspeakers (with amplifier if the room is large enough)

How it works:

  • Once you sign up, you will be contacted to confirm your participation as a hub. Further information will be given to you at this time.
  • You will be listed on this internet site as a registered hub and may be contacted by others in your area to join your hub.
  • You will be sent an internet address to connect to the sessions a few days before the Forum begins.
  • An excel document will be sent to you so that those attending the sessions at your hub can 'register' as participants and will be offered abstract books (depending on availability)
